What an unbelievably awesome weekend at The Power House...Saturday marked a completely transformational Breathing Camp with Brian Mackenzie. If you didn't attend, I'm sure you will be  experiencing the aftermath soon. #JustBreathe. Below is the recipe for the morning hydration/anti-inflammation elixir Brian mentioned: 

Squeeze 1 whole lemon into 30oz of water 
Add 1-2 pinches of pink Himalayan salt 
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar 
3 drops of black pepper extract
