Junk Yard Dogs (JYD): All Athletes program is designed to create exceptional general fitness for all young people, regardless of specific sport. Each workout will be designed and scaled to accomodate all levels of fitness, and is geared for the specific developmental, neurological, motor, and cognitive needs of the youth population.
This class will provide the correct level of challenge for each athlete to receive the best possible results, from new athletes to competitive single-sport devotees. As deemed appropriate, athletes will be given sports-specific strength programming once mastering general fitness preparedness. Summer camp dates:

Athletes from the following sports, though not limited to this list, will be represented:
- Monday - Thursday 8:30-9:30 am
- Monday - Thursday 4:00pm-5:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday 11:00-12:00pm
