We've partnered with our great friend, Kula Yoga owner Sydney Holly, with a combined yoga and strength class at her Edina studio. This class begins with breathwork and pranayama, warming up the body through Vinyasa. Then, the class moves into the strength section, utilizing kettlebells, slamballs, abmats, and various other individual pieces of equipment. Prepare to see tabata intervals, EMOTM reps, and combined movements building to maximum loads. The class usually ends with some inversion work, mobility, and a yoga cool down. This class is filled with awesome people working hard in these different disciplines and modalities. Open to everyone, but please contact us if you have never done yoga or strength training before, as it is a fast-paced class.
