Individuals who work with us consistently make major gains in their sport performance­ decreasing race times, building strength, speed and power, reducing injuries and pain, and creating a more comprehensive plan for recovery and off­season training. Athletes often work with our coaching in private sessions for the specific attention they desire, as well as through our group classes for general fitness and conditioning.

Our approach to team training expands on our approach to training the individual athlete in that we are primarily concerned with getting to know the group that we are working with and then designing a program that will get the best results from that specific group. We offer mobile team training programs and have designed our Highland Park facility to be the best team training facility in the Twin Cities hands­down.
